Plant Spotlight: Lemongrass

I’ve heard this herb grows well in Georgia, but it’s the first time I’ll have it in my garden. Lemongrass is an herb often used in Asian dishes. Grows like a bushy grass.

Growing notes:

• Will take over some space, so a large pot might be the best option.

• Needs 8 + hours of sunlight and likes it hot.

• A tropical perennial, you can keep it going if you bring it inside for the winter.
