I love cooking, but…
I’m not someone who follows recipes — even on the best days. Please use these as cooking inspiration, not as fully formed recipes. I cook a lot of stir fries, soups, noodles dishes and salads. I often use miso, soy sauce, hot peppers, butter and plant milk alternatives. My most often-used kitchen gear is made of cast iron. Where there’s a good recipe I’ve found, I’ve tried to link to it. Hopefully, these photos and descriptions give you a jumping-off point in your kitchen!
