Plant Spotlight: Parsley

This is the flat-leaf variety that I prefer. Often used as a garnish, parsley can be added to rice dishes, couscous or salads. It’s also a main ingredient in chimichurri. There’s loads of vitamins in this herb that should make it go from a decorative nothing to a cooking lynchpin.
