A great tasting melon. Pike has the standard netted flesh that Americans know as cantaloupes. Easy to grow in a home garden.

Growing notes:

• Melons need 8 + hours of sunlight and lots of compost.

• Melons need a few feet of space to grow along the ground.

• Will produce melons if not irrigated, produces bigger melons if irrigated.

• This variety is bred for heavy clay soil.
