Fast noodles with carrots and edamame

Boiled the noodles, and threw the edamame in the same pot for the last five minutes. While that cooked, I sliced carrots and green onions and prepped a sauce with ginger, garlic, soy sauce with a daub of hoisin and sesame oil. Drained the noodles and edamame and mixed everything together in a large bowl.
