Chard and lemon balm salad

Roughly chopped chard for the main basis of the salad. Diced a cucumber and added lemon balm leaves. Included sunflower seeds and a few sprigs of finely diced mint to the leaves. Made a simple dressing of white wine vinegar, olive oil and salt.

Rounded out the dinner with a squash, lentil and fish stew.
